2026 Spring Semester Readmission Application Notice (Undergraduate)

1. Application period

• December 3 (Wed), 2025, 10:00 – December 5 (Fri), 2025, 16:00

• Interview required (schedule determined by each department; contact department office)

2. Eligibility
   Students who were dismissed after enrolling for at least one semester:
   a. Expelled due to expired leave of absence
   b. Expelled due to non-registration
   c. Expelled due to poor academic performance
   d. Students who voluntarily withdrew

Note:

• Students must generally apply after at least two semesters have passed since dismissal, except for cases listed above

• Students with permanent disciplinary expulsion are not eligible

3. Restrictions on abolished departments

• Applicants must apply to their original department

• Applications to abolished departments are not allowed

• If the original department has been abolished, applicants may apply to a new department with consent via the “department change agreement form”

4. Required documents

• Readmission application form (including application form, statement of purpose & study plan, and pledge)

• Academic record certificate (available via portal)

• Transcript

5. Submission location

• Administrative office of the respective college/department

6. Interview period

• December 10 (Wed) – December 12 (Fri), 2025 (exact schedule varies by department)

7. Result announcement

• January 16 (Fri), 2026, 17:00 (tentative)

8. Important notes

• Readmission is allowed only once per applicant and depends on available vacancies

• Applicants must complete registration during the official registration period or admission will be canceled

• No leave of absence is allowed during the first semester after readmission

• If the original department no longer exists, applicants must apply under the converted department with consent

• Law students must contact the Law School administrative office first for readmission procedures
