Leave of Absence, Reinstatement Pre-application(2026 Spring Semester)
for ① International Students and ② Students scheduled to enlist in the military in December or January after the semester ends


 International students who need to obtain a visa in advance and students scheduled to enlist in the military in December or January after the semester ends may apply for a leave of absence or reinstatement during the following period.


1. Application Period : Monday, December 22, 2025, 10:00 to Monday, February 2, 2026, 9:59
 - Only international students and students scheduled to enlist in the military in December or
    January after the semester ends may apply during the above period.
 - All students (including international students) may apply during the regular application period :
    February 2, 10:00 to February 25, 17:00.


2. How to Apply : Portal > Registration/Graduation > University Registration > Absence/Return Application


3. Required Documents
   A. International students : Passport copy
   B. Students scheduled to enlist in the military in December or January : 입영통지서
  ※ For International students, please note that GSC will give you the detailed guidelines via E-mail.



4. Status change for leave of absence or reinstatement will be applied from March 1st/ September 1st.
