[Undergraduate] Notice on Application and Correction of English Name
for February 2026 Graduates

Students expected to graduate in February 2026 must ensure your English name is accurately recorded,
as the Graduation Certificate will be issued in both Korean and English.


※ Expected graduates whose English name is not on record will receive the graduation certificate in Korean only.
※ Graducation certificate will not be reissued or additionally issued, and it will be available for pickup from the date of graduation.



 1. Eligible Applicants: Students expected to graduate in February 2026 who have not registered their English name or
     need to update their registered English name

 2. How to Apply or Make Corrections: Submit ⓐStudent No., ⓑDepartment, ⓒName in Korean, ⓓName in English,
    ⓔa copy of your passport to the administrative office of your college
    * contact info : jw5864@korea.ac.kr

   a. Passport Holder : Name must be spelled the same as indicated in your passport.
   b. Student who do not have a passport and therefore cannot submit a copy
       (1) Last name in Capital letters, First Names in order
       (2) First letter of first names should be written in capital letter
           ex) HONG, Gildong / HONG, GIL DONG / HONG, GILDONG etc.


  3. Application Period: Submission should be made by no later than January 30, 2026

    such as address, mobile phone number, and email address—on the KU portal.
