The ceremony program booklet and YouTube livestream link will be announced at a later date.

1. Date and Time

   Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM

2. Venue

   Main Auditorium, Inchon Memorial Hall

3. Format

   In-person ceremony (with simultaneous live streaming on YouTube)

   ※ Degree recipient representatives selected by each college will participate on-site and will receive separate instructions from their respective colleges.

   ※ Individuals other than the designated degree recipient representatives and graduating students may be directed to the second floor of the venue.

   ※ For safety reasons, entry may be restricted if the venue reaches capacity.

4. Important Notes

   • For detailed information regarding the distribution of graduation certificates (degree diplomas), please refer to the attached guide.

     • Graduates must collect their diploma in person and present their student ID card or official identification.

   • For information regarding academic gown distribution, please refer to the separate notice issued by the Management Support Team.

     • Failure to return the academic gown will result in the inability to receive the graduation certificate and the suspension of all certificate issuance services.

   • The official degree conferral date is Wednesday, February 25, 2026.

     • The same date will appear on degree diplomas and official certificates.

   • Parking may be limited on the day of the ceremony. The use of public transportation is strongly recommended.
