[Undergraduate] Course Registration and Tuition Payment Guide for Bachelor's Degree Graduation Deferral (Course Enrollment Deferral)

1. Checking Graduation Deferral Results

• Please refer to the notice titled “[Undergraduate] 2026 Spring Semester Bachelor's Degree Graduation Deferral Result Inquiry” posted on the KUPID academic calendar bulletin board.

2. Course Registration Period for Students with Enrollment Deferral

• February 24 (Tue), 10:00 AM – February 25 (Wed), 12:00 PM

• Students should register according to the schedule for new and transfer students as announced in the regular course registration schedule.

  ※ Course enrollment quotas (TO) are applied based on the academic year displayed in the registration system.

  ※ In general, students with bachelor's degree graduation deferral are classified as fourth-year students.

3. Course Add/Drop Period for Students with Enrollment Deferral

• March 4 (Wed), 6:30 PM – March 5 (Thu), 12:00 PM

• Students should make changes during the fourth-year student course adjustment period.

  ※ Course enrollment quotas (TO) are applied based on the academic year displayed in the registration system.

  ※ In general, students with bachelor's degree graduation deferral are classified as fourth-year students.

4. Tuition Payment Period

• March 17 (Tue), 9:00 AM – March 18 (Wed), 4:00 PM

• Tuition must be paid during the registration period designated for students in excess semesters.

5. Course Withdrawal Period for Students with Enrollment Deferral

• March 24 (Tue), 10:00 AM – March 26 (Thu), 9:00 AM

• This period is the same as the general course withdrawal period. As with other students in excess semesters, tuition will not be refunded even if courses are withdrawn.

※ Students who have been approved for graduation deferral for the Spring 2026 semester but either register for 0 credits or fail to pay tuition during the payment period will automatically be changed to non-deferral status at the end of March.
