Notice on Leave of Absence During the Spring Semester of 2026

※ After the final registration period, reinstatement during the semester (including cancellation of a leave of absence) is not permitted. Only leave of absence applications may be submitted during the semester.

1. Application Period

• March 3, 2026 (Tue) – May 31, 2026 (Sun)

※ On March 31 (Tue) only, applications for leave of absence during the semester will close at 4:00 PM due to higher education statistical reporting requirements.

2. Application Method

• By email: jw5864@korea.ac.kr

• In person: College of Health Science Administration Office, Room B153, Hana Science Building

• When submitting by email, students must use their Korea University email account (@korea.ac.kr) and include their student ID number and name.

3. Required Documents

• Leave of Absence Application Form
  (For military leave of absence: ① Military Leave Application Form and ② Notice of Military Enlistment)

• Tuition Refund Request Form

• Leave/Reinstatement Cancellation Request Form
  (Required only for students who applied for reinstatement for Spring 2026 and are now applying for leave of absence)

• All documents must contain a handwritten signature. Typed signatures will not be accepted.

• The tuition refund account must be under the student's own name.

4. Tuition Payment and Refund Information

• Please refer to the Academic Calendar notice titled “[Finance Team] 2026 Spring Semester Tuition Registration Guide.”
